Councillor Velice Trajanoski

Velice Trajanoski was elected at the last Council election in 2008 and is enjoying the challenge of working for the people of Queanbeyan.

Cr Trajanoski is a second generation Queanbeyan resident after his father moved here from Macedonia in the late 1960s.

Cr Trajanoski finished his High School Certificate in 1979 and went back to Macedonia to further his education.

Cr Trajanoski has been involved in many community organisations in the past 25 years such as the Macedonian Australian Humanitarian Organisation, raising more than $50,000 in the early 2001 for the victims of the brief war in Macedonia.

Cr Trajanoski has been a player, coach and committee member of the Queanbeyan City Football Club for a very long time as well as member of other non-profit and organisations.

It is Cr Trajanoski’s privilege to be Councillor and he has said he will do his best to improve and promote Queanbeyan as one of the best places to live and raise a family.
