Healthy Communities Project Officer

Part Time - 14 Hours per week
Fixed Term – Contract Ending June 2013
$17,295– $19,111 per annum + 9% superannuation

Queanbeyan City Council has received a Department of Health and Ageing Healthy Communities Local Government Area Grant to deliver the Healthy Communities Initiative. The aim of this initiative is to improve the health outcomes for residents of Queanbeyan who are experiencing, or at risk of developing, weight-related chronic diseases.  Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to provide administrative support for the project.

The Healthy Communities Project Officer will assist the Coordinator in the effective implementation of the Queanbeyan Healthy Communities Initiative (HCI) in compliance with the funding agreement.
