Administration Assistant - Aged and Disability Services
Permanent Part Time – 17.5 Hours per week
$22,581 - $24,952 per annum (plus 9% superannuation)
Aged and Disability Services is looking for a skilled administration assistant to join our team. We support people who are frail aged, people who have a disability and their carers to remain connected and independent within the community.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide reception and routine clerical support in a dynamic environment. You will be at an advantage if you enjoy working with people, are patient and have experience with people who are frail, people who have a disability and their carers.
Qualifications and experience necessary:
- Minimum of Year 10 Certificate
- Successful track record working within an office environment
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills including filing, money handling and typing
- Pleasant phone manner
- High level oral and written communication skills and an ability to negotiate
- Knowledge of Computer programs including Word and Access in a Windows environment
- Possess and maintain a current Class C driving licence (a mandatory condition of employment)
