Documents on Public Exhibition
From time to time Council is required to place documents and information relating to major projects on public exhibition. This gives members of the public the chance to comment either for or against the document or project.
Following the public exhibition phase, staff collate submissions and present a report for Council which decides whether to make changes based upon the submissions or continue with the original plans/document.
The public exhibition phase of a project is an important step in the production line. Council advertises when documents/plans are placed on public exhibition and they can be viewed on this part of the website.
Usually, members of the public can make a comment via email to council@qcc.nsw.gov.au, via mail to Queanbeyan City Council PO Box 90 Queanbeyan NSW 2620 or via a feedback form.
