Residents participate in 2015 Council Customer Satisfaction Survey

26 May 2015

Queanbeyan City Council has begun its 2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The phone survey will continue until 6 June, with 600 random phone numbers to be called.

The survey is expected to take approximately 20 minutes.

Participants will be required to live in the Queanbeyan Local Government area, be over 18 years old, have lived longer than six months in the area, not currently working for Council or live with a current staff member or be an elected Queanbeyan councillor.

All results from the survey are expected to be available at the end of June.

Queanbeyan City Council Mayor Tim Overall thanked all the participants for their time.

“The survey results really help Council plan and improve services where necessary. It’s a really important tool for us.”
