The magazine Good Reading has reviews and news of books and authors and is available for loan from the library.
Novelist is an online guide to fiction. (Patron ID is your library card number).
Fantastic Fiction is a great website for information on all types of fiction books.
Whichbook.net is a website which provides a novel way to choose what to read.
Weekend newspapers are also a good source of information on what’s new.
