Feedback from clients, including compliments, complaints, suggestions, are vital to enable Aged and Disability Services to continuously improve service provided and plan for the future needs of the community. You can pass on your compliments/suggestions/feedback by talking or writing to Manager of Aged and Disability Services.

Complaints or concerns about Aged and Disability Services Programs can be made by talking or writing to the Manager. The Manager will investigate your complaint and contact you within seven working days. If you are not happy with the response, you can talk or write to the Manager of Community Services. If you are still not happy, you may contact the NSW Ombudsman on 1800 451 524 (toll free).
