Strategic Land Use Plan

Part of the work of the Comprehensive Local Environmental Plan has involved the production of the Strategic Land Use Plan.  At this time it is still in draft form.

The purpose of the Strategic Land Use Plan is to provide the framework for the future land use planning for Queanbeyan Local Government Area (LGA) over the next 25 years incorporating environmental, economic and social factors.  In this way it builds on previous work including the Queanbeyan Residential and Economic Strategy 2031 and the Community Vision.
