  • Comprehnesive Local Environmental Plan and Maps - A comprehensive local environmental plan will replace the three local environmental plans that currently apply to Queanbeyan local government area.  This plan will be in the new format that NSW Government has imposed across the state and contains landuse zones and development controls such as height limits and minimum areas for the subdivision of land.
