Development Control Plans

Development Control Plans (DCPs) supplement the Local Environmental Plans by providing more detailed development controls regarding such aspect as building design, landscaping, car parking and the like. Relevant DCPs need to be considered when preparing a development application. Some DCPs are applicable to all land in the Queanbeyan Local Government Area, while others are specific to particular areas or development types.
