Development Applications

When lodging a development application (DA) you must also complete a Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE). For development involving the erection of a single dwelling-house, extensions or minor development such as a pergola or shed, the SEE form is attached to the DA form. For all other types of development Council has a list of separate pro-forma SEE forms that can be used when preparing a development application.
